Due to the KoOlina zoning requirements, homes within the resort are restricted to a 30 day minimum rental requirement.  By reserving the home for 30 days, you may find it less expensive than a shorter time at a resort or hotel.  Likewise, flight planning may be more flexible or you 

The published rates are per 30 DAYS:

Low Season / Fall $4500.00 

September 1 – November 19 

Mid Season/Spring/Summer         $4800.00 

April 1 – August 31

High Season / Winter                      $5100.00 

November 20 – March 31          

Additional nights are prorated according to the seasonal rates.  If your stay overlaps two seasonal rates, the rate will be prorated by the days in each season.

Additional fees:

Departure cleaning fee (usually $350)

Electricity usage above $250/month

14.962% taxes

Refundable Security Deposit required $2000

Housecleaner during stay if needed/requested

$500 non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days of reservation.

Additional $1,500 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.

We accept cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks. Credit cards accepted with 3% surcharge
